FAQ

1. Is it expensive to implement PIACONTROL?
PIACONTROL reduces the costs of management in companies. In addition to saving time and paper, what it would cost a company to implement this system, including the cost of the PDAs, the server, the license for the system, maintenance costs, and the costs associated with the PDAs (data line and insurance) can be broken down as follows:

- Companies with 1 care assistant: 1.55 € per hour (0.67 € for maintenance of the system and 0.88 € for an amortization of the system at 36 months)
- Companies with 5 care assistants: 0.36 € per hour (0.18 € for maintenance of the system and 0.18 € for an amortization of the system at 36 months)
- Companies with 50 care assistants: 0.13 € per hour (0.09 € for maintenance of the system and 0.04 € for an amortization of the system at 36 months)
2. What happens if I don't have coverage?
The system functions the same if there is no coverage, given that it stores the data and when passing by a place where there is coverage, it will send the data.
3. Do I have to work with PDAs? What happens if it gets lost, we forget about it or we end up without coverage?
In such a case, the care assistant would contact the company and an incidence would be logged for each one of the addresses that are awaiting coverage, recording what happened, given that the coordinator can inform the families or the Administration about these incidences. As far as completing the work order, this can be performed by the care assistant upon finishing his/her work (in the web portal through its Balanced Scorecard), or by the coordinator, which becomes part of the log of work, just as though it came from the PDA. We would then contact the user-family-Public Administration in order to ask if they want us to print out the work orders or bring them to be signed, or if these work orders listing the corresponding incidences will be sufficient.
